Kris Skavish

Kris Skavish is Principal and Co-Founder of Two Octobers, a digital marketing agency centered on creating business value for purpose-driven firms. As a veteran of startups and disruptive technology companies, Kris thrives on using her analytics expertise to uncover insights from data. She is a fifth-generation Coloradan and comes from a family of women entrepreneurs. Kris is a graduate of Cornell University.

Jodeen Olguín-Tayler

Jodeen Olguín-Tayler has nearly 20 years of experience leading initiatives to build a more inclusive democracy and an economic system rooted in racial and gender equity. Having served in executive leadership roles across the private, nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, Jodeen is highly regarded for her success national civic engagement and voter mobilization programs, driving public policy campaigns and leading multi-sector coalitions. Following her role as Campaigns Director at the National Domestic Workers Alliance and Caring Across Generations, Jodeen served as Vice President at Demos where she designed and launched the Inclusive Democracy Project. As a program officer at the Wellspring Philanthropic Fund, she was honored for expanding the civic engagement program to support more racial and gender equity organizations, leveraging over $26million dollars to their work. From 2019-2021 Jodeen served as the Head of Strategic Growth and Partnerships for B Lab Global. Currently, she is leading the "Investing in Racial Equity and Democracy" initiative at the Amalgamated Foundation / Amalgamated Bank.

As a mother and queer Chicana, Jodeen is learning to serve as a generational steward of Ute and Tewa ancestral lands. Her family's 500+ years of resilience and protection of land, water and cultural traditions are an inheritance that informs her stewardship of organizations and resources to shift economic, cultural and political power to be more equitably distributed. It's with these accountabilities that Jodeen sits on the board of directors of several impact investing ventures, as well as the National Institute for Money in Politics, the Chicana Empowerment and Climate Justice Fund, the Movement Voter Fund, GALvanize USA, the Community Power-Building Fund, Business for America and the southwest Abortion Fund. She is completing an M.S. degree in Organizational Change Management and is certified as a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) specialist.

Diane Lim

Diane is an experienced leader in strategy, operations and finance for mission-driven organizations. She began her career in higher education and led financial, operational and implementation groups. As Chief Operating Officer at Ads4Earth, Diane was responsible for strategy development and the day-to-day operations in achieving Ads4Earth’s goal of saving the planet through engagement, education and communication. Prior to joining Ads4Earth, Diane led her own successful small business, and she is a long-time supporter and volunteer with Cooking Matters and Dress for Success. Diane holds B.S. degrees in Finance and Marketing from New York University and a M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Matt Cooper

Matt Cooper is Principal and Co-Owner of Group14 Engineering; an engineering consulting firm focused on transforming the built environment to realize a more resilient future. Matt has worn many hats in his career - design engineer, contractor, and commissioning provider - giving him a unique perspective and ability to help building owners navigate the challenges in designing, constructing, and operating sustainable building systems. Matt holds a B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University.
